Application of non-magnetic die steel
The development of electronic industry, the demand for non-magnetic die steel greatly increases, the traditional non-magnetic die steel, 7Mn15Cr2Al3V2WMo is a kind of high strength non-magnetic die steel, its permeability is low, and has good strength and wear resistance, but because of its cold hardening phenomenon, the cutting is more difficult. To this end, domestic scientific and technological workers have developed some new non-magnetic die steel, as well as some austenitic stainless steel. These steels have low permeability, high strength and good machinability.
Non-magnetic die steel, 7Mn15Cr2Al3V2WMo steel is a high MN-V system non-magnetic steel. The steel can keep orderly austenite in various states, with very low magnetic conductivity, high hardness, strength and good wear resistance.
applications
7Mn15Cr2Al3V2WMo steel is suitable for manufacturing non-magnetic die steel, non-magnetic bearings and other structural parts requiring no magnetic induction in a strong magnetic field. In addition, because this steel also has high high temperature strength and hardness, it can also be used to manufacture hot work die used at 700~800℃.
