W14Cr4VMnRe is a Chinese GB/T 9943-2008 standard brand. The steel has high thermal hardness, good wear resistance and tempering resistance, as well as comparative depth of hardening. W14Cr4VMnRe is a general purpose tungsten high speed tool steel widely used.

W14Cr4VMnRe high speed steel is mainly hot rolled, forged, cold drawn steel bar to annealing state delivery, hot rolled, forged steel bar to annealing + other processing methods (such as peeling, light pull, polishing or polishing, etc.) after delivery.

Annealing hardness: 227HBW,

Cold drawing hardness: 255HBW,

Cold-drawn annealing hardness: 262HBW

Specification for soft annealing of small round bar for high speed steel W14Cr4VMnRe

Annealing temperature 870-890℃, holding for 2h, and then cooling to 500-600℃ at a cooling rate of 20-30℃/h, and then furnace cold or pile cold, hardness ≤227HBW.

Specification for isothermal annealing of small round high speed steel W14Cr4VMnRe

Annealing temperature 840-860℃, heat preservation 2h, and then cooling to 740-750℃ at a cooling rate of 20-30℃/h, heat preservation 2-4h, and then cooling to 500-600℃, air cooling out of the oven, hardness ≤255HBW.

Specification for quenching and tempering of small round bar for high-speed steel W14Cr4VMnRe

Preheating temperature 850℃, holding time 24s/mm, quenching temperature: 1230-1260℃, holding time 12-15s/mm, oil cold.

Tempering temperature 560℃, tempering 3 times, 1h each time, air cooling, hardness ≥63HRC.
