POLMAX Plastic Die Steel  

POLMAX steel is a new type of super stainless mirror die steel, which is refined by electroslag remelting and vacuum melting.  POLMAX steel has excellent polishing, wear resistance and machinability, in addition to excellent corrosion resistance, heat treatment dimensional stability.

POLMAX mould steel plate uses:

POLMAX die steel steel rods are suitable for corrosion-resistant, acidic plastics, such as PVC;

POLMAX die steel module is suitable for wear resistant dies;

POLMAX mould steel round rod is suitable for optical instrument mould, medical products mould, such as optical disc, lens etc.

Supply status and factory hardness of POLMAX die steel materials:

The supply status of steel rod/steel plate/round steel/round rod/steel/material/material/module is soft annealed, and the factory hardness is about 200HBW.

Heat treatment process of POLMAX die steel:

The quenching temperature of POLMAX die steel is 1015-1035℃, the tempering temperature is 180-250℃, and the tempering hardness is 50-52HRC.
